Looks like Ca deficiency. Says coco coir.. so this is soilless grow? ~100ppm or a bit more of Ca is all you need assuming nothing is impeding its availability. compare to what you've been adding and adjust if necessary. Since there isn't a bunch of overlapping, and oddly place symptoms, i don't think this is lockout or ph-related. the minor tip burn seen could be something else, but if it doesn't progress, no biggy.

The spots are scattered randomly across the leaf surface. They are not clearly appearing between the veins or along the leaf edges, which is more typical of calcium, magnesium, or potassium deficiencies. The new growth still looks fairly healthy. The damage consists of small pale spots and "scarring," which is characteristic of sap-sucking insects. At the same time, I don't see signs of a severe infestation: No obvious silvery patches. No distorted new growth. No large necrotic (dead) areas. What I would check Take an affected leaf and inspect the underside with a magnifying glass or your phone's zoom camera. Look for: small yellowish or beige insects that move; tiny black dots (droppings); very slender, elongated insects. Based on the photos alone, I would roughly estimate: ~60–70% chance of thrips damage ~20–30% chance of a mild calcium or pH-related uptake issue a smaller chance of spray or light damage
