Why does this take so long ?

I have three Thai landrace Mekong sativas from Ace Seeds (you can check my diary). Is it normal for them to take this long? I'm in week 16, and there's still no sign of trichomes. One of them is only in the early flowering stage. It seems really weird. Do you guys have any ideas
