Hi Mindflowers, hope you are well. Bee pollen as a medium additive is more for the vast amount of vitamins and aminos rather than a fertilizer of any nutritional value. it does not mean its useless, only there are far more beneficial additions that can do more with much less.
Adding vitamins and aminos to a plant growing medium helps support healthy metabolic functions and stress resistance, but it does not act as a direct fuel source or magical fix to increase final crop yields. Plants make their own vitamins, so extra amounts only help when the plant faces specific stressors.
More stressful the growing the environment the more benefit. But again there are far more efficient options such as ascorbic acid, when it comes to overall photo protection.
I've tested pollen on my own grows in the past and it it made no noticeable difference.
Moringa Olofiera on the other hand, with a sprinkle of spirulina is what its all about.
