That's nothing.. hold it in place - tape or anything that works - and it will heal stronger than before. I bet your leaves don't even droop, which tells you there's still enough water to retain turgor pressure. If in flower, keep eye out for any pollen sacs or nanners within 2-3 weeks. Pluck'em if you see them...

The plant wont even flinch at that. I completely took a tumbled onto one of my plants the other day after leaning on the high cfm bar too much. and broke a little branch. I'm not even worried. I grafting taped up the branch I broke some and she'll be good to go. I got lucky though. Cannabis plants are almost like geckos or salamanders when it comes to heaving physical wounds. You would be surprised what they bounce back from and quickly.

we don't see any more signs of breaks on the sides. for me, there's no additional torture to be done on this plant.

That should heal without any issues. I wouldn't "splint" it now, just be very careful with the branch during training until it heals.
