After looking at your diary, a few things stand out. You wrote about "how much thirstier the plant on the right is"...is there a clue here?
Also, watering each and every plant a fixed amount and at fixed intervals is not the way to get optimum results. Each plant needs to be treated individually....there is no "one size fits all" approach when growing cannabis....thirstier plants will need extra watering obviously. Also, when watering in soil, fully saturate until you get some run off, then do not water again until the top inch or so is dry....be that one day or ten days. Each plant will require its own monitoring, as different strains and even a different position in the tent will affect water needs.
To me, your plants also look slightly over fed, feeding every time you irrigate on soil is not a good habit...I do plain water/plain water/fertilizer/plain water/plain water/fertilizer....but it should never be any more frequent than plain water/fertilizer/plain water/fertilizer.
Could it simply be that your droopy plant is thirsty?
The fact you recetly defoliated could be pure coincidence.
I too am not a fan of heavy defoliation. Leaves are essential for energy production....the more leaves, the more energy is being produced, which means faster and more growth. 0011 has given some valuable insights into his ideas on leaf removal and I agree with him....plants can not focus energy, all energy is distributed to where growth is occurring the most....which is directly related to apical dominance. Leaf removal for moisture control is valid, but leaf removal to increase growth is not how plants function.
Anyway, try watering the right hand side plant thoroughly and see if it perks up (which I am sure it will), and going forward, I would be easing up on the nutrients a bit.....it is very easy to rescue a slightly under fed plant, but very, very difficult to rescue a burned and damaged over fed plant!
