Yes, these are "pre-flowers" that signal that flowering is about to commence. Flowering in earnest will begin in about 2 weeks time. If you are fertilizing, stick to grow nutrients for these 2 weeks and only switch to bloom nutrients in about 3 weeks time. You could add a small amount of P/K booster beginning now, but your plants will still need the extra nitrogen in the grow formula at the start of flowering.
