The new plants are looking good and my old ones look sad. Supposed to be autoflowers? They had thrips early on which caused havok. These days i dont know what they are doing. they are probably 4 months old now. new growth, some looks like reveg, some looks like bud.

Just start again...........this is not a nitrogen issue , it is an issue of poor genetics.
Autos will not reveg, no matter what you do to them.

if multiple plants are reveging, its probably not genetics but what you're feeding them. i've heard that too much nitrogen can cause plants to reveg

Is it safe to tweak your light cycle times when you flip?I'm getting ready to flip and was hoping to adjust the cycle time when I do. My light is currently on from midnight to 6pm, but would like to switch to 9am-9pm or 11am-11pm to better align with my schedule. Am I safe to adjust or should I keep it at 12am-12pm when I flip?
