I mean, no... Because of global prohibition periods this is the state of the community (sniffing each other's farts, buying the most expensive crap, not understanding genetics, making sure to get trash quality beans, never learning about soil science, not caring about chemistry, appealing to nature, appealing to authority, appealing to anecdotes, and bro-science galore).
It really makes the few people taking it seriously stand out. In the West we have full on phd programs for cannabinoid pharmacology/kinetics, and more now... So, your question really is touching on what the hell are these kids online doing telling people to vacuum off spider mites and snort bat blood before indulging in their bud rot....when there are real scientists and studies and empirical data doing actually things that actually matter and have truth to them beyond some random 45 year old 2 season auto grower's personal opinions about cannabis 2 decades ago.......

My plant is not getting me stonedI kept testing my plants the last 7 days and i am quite disappointed. I am also checking the trichomes on the buds regularly and there are like 20% amber and 70%cloudy and like 10 clear trichomes. I thought of flushing the plants for another week and then cut it down...

Are these nanners developing?Can anyone identify if this is the early stages of nanners? The bright, lush green growth at middle top of picture is what concerns me in particular. I will likely chop tomorrow or the day after - but want to develop an eye for identifying nanners ASAP.

Purple GorillaGreetings all, new guy here. Have an outdoor Royal Gorilla in a 15 gal clay pot @ 19+ weeks showing purple sugar leaves and trichs for a few weeks. It has been suggested that low phosphurus (not likely) or low temps (possibly) are causing this. Sorry about the blurry photos.

Are these outdoor sativa buds normal? Hermaphrodite?So my buddy has been growing this sativa outdoors all summer, and recently moved it inside. These are photos he sent me of the buds that started recently, and maybe it’s because I’ve only grown indoor Indica, but they just look... weird? He’s somewhere around week 30. Thoughts?
