Hello growmies, I have a nice Super Boof outside from a homemade cutting. Now the leaves are turning yellow even though I think the flowers need at least another 4 weeks, what do you think? Thanks to you

crops are what they say they are.. covering the root zone keeping microbial live thriving..keeping mycorrhizal network and biology alive between crops to take nitrogen from everywhere the Air, soil store it and release back to the soil when dead. But wait if you have a good soil biology/rhizosphagy then fungi will take from 1 plant and give to another.. but on a rule give nitrogen in veg and 2week into flower and still give N at a small rate if not using all in 1 solution.. best of luck

Yes, nitrogen deficiency. This generally happens when people switch to bloom nutrients far too early and drop the grow nutes prematurely. Also, in my experience, cover crops, while making you feel good, generally rob the soil of nutrients in pots and are best used when growing plants in the ground/garden bed. A half strength dose of "grow" nutrients and half strength "bloom" nutrients applied twice should slow the symptoms from getting too much worse and see you through to harvest............damaged leaves will stay damged and will not recover. Cannabis still needs adequate nitrogen in early flower and switching to bloom as soon as the first pistils appear seems to be a common error. I usually continue with grow for the first 2 weeks of flower, switch to half grow and half bloom for the next 2 weeks then finally switch to straight bloom only after about 4 weeks of flowering. I may add a half strength top up feed of grow later on............depending on what the plants are telling me. However, I only ever use about 75% of the recommended dosage rates.............nearly all fertilizers are too strong in my opinion. Also, plants seem to respond better to frequent weak feedings better than full strength feeding less often.......i.e. half strength every week rather than full strength every 2 weeks as an example.

Definitely too early to let it deteriorate... rate of progression is relevant too. Needs some nitrogen. Just don't overdose and it'll be fine. Your leaves give room for error, no worries... just watch the rate at which it pales or darkens and react appropriately - that informs about scale of reaction needed. Dead spots won't heal but leaves will regain color -- when that happens you know you are providing more nitrogen than it needs, so be ready to dial back and supplemented N as it regains health. this is much easier to control in a pot... in the earth you have to becareful not to overdo it because there's no flushing out the excess, lol. (not in the same way at least)

Hey growmie 👋 I wouldn’t be too worried yet. The yellowing is mainly starting on the older/lower leaves, which points toward the plant mobilizing nitrogen as flowering progresses. But if you really have ~4 weeks left, I’d say the fade is starting a little early. I wouldn’t try to make her dark green again, but I also wouldn’t cut nitrogen completely yet. Keep a modest amount available and watch the speed of progression: a gradual bottom-up fade is fine; rapid yellowing moving through the whole canopy would suggest she’s running short too soon. Overall she still looks pretty healthy and those flowers have plenty of time to bulk up.

4 would say is extreme max . She is hungry, couple feeds wont harm her taste. Normally i cut nitrogen on week 5-6 of flower, you underfed her , so just adjust a bit ...

Looking nice but she's fading a bit early needs some nitrogen. It may start cannibalizing most its leaves before its ready. Top is pretty pale too. probably low on some other stuff too just do a balanced feed not too much nitrogen.
