Are these too bunched together. I was planning to hang the whole plants but I’m worried I’ll get bud rot.

They are fine. Crusty is spot on they are no where near too dense. Unless you can't control your environment and super humid thats a different story

I will help you understand the principal concept so you can decide what to do with a creative solution. Here is the thing... those branches and flowers in the middle of the plant are stuck in a higher humidity zone than the branches on the outside getting more airflow. So like that you will get crispy outside flowers and the inside flower stays moist. Its easier to jar that up all at the same time and not jar it up in stages leaving some branches to dry more. So what you want is everything to be drying more or less consistently. Then the drying process ends as a single event with all the flower at relatively the same moisture content. You still have time to do that. If you cut the stem between nodes you can hang those 2 branches together easily. They come with their own hook. I can't upload a picture in this comment but if you want to see how I do it just message me. I'll show you pics from the last drying here. Think along the lines of all the buds getting equal airspace and airflow. Smaller buds and branches can be grouped together to form roughly the same amount of mass as average buds on branches. This way the smaller ones dry at about the same speed as the average sized ones. The extra large buds? You can cut them in half... or just give them extra few days to dry alone. Make sense? 💪

Good morning, I would try using some wires to force the branches apart from each other, just to make sure they don't touch and there's good air circulation. Do you have space to do that?

No, not at all, I pack mine way more than that. Just make sure temperature and RH stay within range, keep a circulation fan running the first 24 hours of drying. Remove the pots from the tent asap, it's a humidity and dust factor, and dropping a sticky nug into the soil is not fun! If your plants made it this far without mold you're pretty much in the clear :)

Are they touching? Can probably bend a few branches if they are as longn as you aren't creating a zone of unusually high humidity etc... it's okay
