Since you have no problem germinating seeds in soil, I’d focus on the moisture and temperature in the Root Riot cubes. Don’t keep them too wet, as the seeds still need oxygen to germinate. Keep the cubes evenly moist, not soaked, and try to maintain a stable, warm temperature. I’d also avoid adding nutrients until the seeds have sprouted.
