Flower growth. In middle

Should I allow the middle to grow out and upward? Or is that what ppl call larf? And taking from my tops?.

The middle will grow upwards toward the light. Your plant looks pretty open in the middle so those buds should develop well. They won't be as big as the buds on higher parts of the plant but they should be decent and worth keeping. I consider larf to be the smaller popcorn and little bits lower on the plant that get partially shaded or don't develop in proper buds. I save them for extracts and edibles. I try to low stress train to minimize the popcorn/larf but a couple weeks into flower I trim off some that are heavily shaded.
