Hey buddy, it looks like the light is good and they also seem hungry. The Photone app is a reference for what I marked for you below, but guide yourself more by what you see in them. Water by weight, not by calendar, and the light will tell you as you see it. I hope this helps and cheers! 💚🍀🌱🍀💚

Low N symptoms. at 18w/sq ft, any excess stretch is likely due to a lack of power... amp up light. The umol/s PAR production of the light would be helpful for a starting point. Amp up, or reduce hanging distance. Reducing distance is only a good idea if it doesn't wreck coverage across canopy. Also, amping up and greater distance = greater light penetration. (mathematical fact). Greater benefits from that with a deeper canopy. (close and low watts is great for young, short plants, but not as good for tall plants) You are using the photone app wrong. You do not whimsically choose a target. You have to figure it out based on growth pattern you observe, then measure once you have it growing as you want... That is now your target. Beware, shifting variables (temp, rh and co2) will result in varying levels of max light and probably also impact what causes stretch or not. You may need different seasonal targets to avoid light damage or stretch. Also, PPFD is not a single point measurement... and the photone app actually measures Lux and converts it. it is not a quantum meter. That is irrelevant to its use. It is a consistent and proportional measurement relative to real PPF measurements. Lux is proportional, it just don't measure the same for different properties of light (CCT, cri, RBG ratio etc)

Hi Bunny, your 130W/50cm setup is a little weak for this stage of growth, which is why the internodal spacing is getting larger. Try lowering the light to 35–40 cm and see how the plants respond. The yellow leaves indicate a nitrogen deficiency. It starts with the older, larger fan leaves at the bottom and then gradually spreads upwards. Give your nutrients a little more power by increasing the N (nitrogen) content. If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me.

@Green_Claws At how many centimeters should I position the lamp, and at how many watts should I set it?
