First pistils showed at day 28. My question is how much can I expect from her realistically? Any advice welcome. First timer here

First timer and my plant has some pests I can't find My plant is being eaten. I've looked it up and down and can't see any thing on top of under leaves, on the stem, flying around, or even crawling on the soil. 75°f 60%rh. Top inch or so of soil is dry before watering.
