Hey, we're now in the 6th week of flowering and the leaves are getting dry tips, especially at the top. I fertilize organically, only water when it's dry, about every 6 days, and I actually have all the parameters under control. Does anyone else experience this? Otherwise, they look pretty good.

I discovered holes in both Moby Dick plants today. On one, it looked like there was a pest on it. I sprayed all 4 with neem oil-water. What could it be and what helps?
