Is this potassium deficiency?Is this potassium deficiency? Starts as yellow whitish blotches on lower older leaves, also on tips/edges. Leaf eventually yellows. Also purple stems on affected leaves. Autoflowers started preflower about a week ago and have not had a real K feeding yet. Any ideas?

My 1-2 day old seedling sprouts are a little droopy. Would this be a symptom of overwatering? I have been keeping the surface of the soil moist with a spray bottle but should I be letting it dry out now?
