Weird stuff on leaves The leaves have some kind of stuff on them, I don’t know what it is, but I’m worried. Also almost all of the leaves have burnt tips, as seen on the picture, but that might be just nutrient burn. Any advice?

stretchy seedling Hi i’m growing next to a window with approximately 10 hours of light + 4 hours of light from a 4W led bulb. The plant is kind of stretchy, not falling over but I added a stick for safety just in case. Is it healthy? Will it be normal and recover? I’m worried a lot. What to do?
