Deformed leaves

My plants look kinda deformed, I’m worried that they aren’t quite healthy. Any advice?

They look like they need a lot more light than what they are getting, and particularly, direct sunlight. It seems they are growing indoors on a window sill, however with only limited direct light, which is something cannabis needs in large quantities, at least 6 hours of direct sunlight on their leaves for proper growth. Just being in a bright area is not enough, they need direct light and preferably without being behind glass. Without enough direct light, the plants metabolism and ability to manufacture energy is severely restricted, leading to slow growth and poorly formed structure, be that leaves or flowers. Apart from giving them 13+ hours of light and a minimum of 6 hours direct sun light, adding extra artificial light is really the only way(s) to get your plants to flourish. A couple of hours of sun on an indoor window sill is not going to be adequate for proper growth. Hope this helps,......... Organoman.
