Thats a 4w lamp mate, you need something like this: (and its about the cheapest i can think of to achieve good results for 1 plant, and have longevity of the light. https://marshydro.eu/collections/ts-series/products/ts-600 Add a small 60cmx60cm closet, use just the structure of it without the walls and you can pull it off without spending on ventilation. I assume smell doesnt present an issue. You also say you don't want to buy a light, that's a light you got there, just not a light good enough, sure you can maybe buy 11 of those and get the needed 44w, you can probably grow some micro stuff with half but its up to you, they will still be the wrong spectrum for your plants and will be the same and feeding steak flavoured paper to animals, sure it tastes like steak and it fill ur stomach, but its useless paper. So... in short. That light won't make any noticiable difference, at least go for the 14w leds and grab about 5 of those, at least its something. Stay lit growmie, i started up with 2x 14w leds, then bought the big light and let me tell you, the small lights are not worth the electricity, time and the priviledge of being powering cannabis plants.

Any additional light is beneficial when growing in a window. The lumens on the bulb you found is quite low and will not add much benefit, except directly by the bulb, and will be minimal. If not wanting to buy a bulb, go for it. >I would however suggest for a minimal investment of - a full spectrum bulb instead, or a daylight CFL bulb. The LED or CFL will output more useable and beneficial light for the vegetative stage. Great Luck & Happy Growing 🌱
