@Aman89, Hi mate! I give my plant now at week 4 of veg about 1,5l of pH'd water with nutrients and give them water every 2-3 days when the growpot feels light in wheight. But watering depends on your potsize and growmedium and what stage your plant is in. Hope this helps👌

I would paint the boxes white or add some reflective sheeting to help light exposure. But I’m just a newbie at this.
