Please could Any body advise as of to what’s going on here? They look twisted and some are closing up on the buds and pointing directly up. Light is 22inch away too.

So it seems like there might be a few things happening. I see praying leaves, a good amount of leaves with the claw, and then the few curly curving leaves. With the miracle grow you used was it a "feeds over two months" type M.G product? If so i think that may be contributing to the claw, a slight N toxicity but not so bad it's burning the edges.
For the praying leaves and possibly the curling, I'd say if your light is up at 22 inches and is as high as it can go then maybe go down to an 18 hour light schedule. And whatever fans you have if they're pointing directly at the plant, try pointing them at the wall and getting indirect breeze.

Anybody know what could be up with my light? When I turn it on the LED’s flash on but go straight off. Everything all seems to be connected internally.

Это явный переизбыток фосфора! Блокировка всех питательных элементов - она умирает! 😟
Для решения проблемы передозировки фосфором можно чередовать удобрения, приобретя второй набор с пониженным содержанием фосфора. В таком случае NPK должен быть 1-3-2 👆
