Grow #1: White Widow Automatic

BakedPotato42O Planted it directly intothe final medium (Biobizz Light Mix) and waited for the cotyledons to come. Put a plastic cup onto it, to keep the humidity high (90-100%). Later I put some holes into the cup and some chopsticks below it, to slightly lower the humidity. At the end of the week, it already got the first pair of real leaves.

BakedPotato42O [Day 9] Got some more leaves the past days. This week is gonna be really warm, so higher temperature than usual. Started giving it some fertilizer (Plagron Grow and Power Roots). [Day 10] Also keeping this plant a bit dryer, so it stimulates it to grow more roots. [Day 11] Filled up the pot with more soil and added more water today (200ml) because of the hotter temperatures. [Day 12] New fertilizers arrived and were used in today's watering (Plagron Pure Zym, Silic Rock and CalMag Pro). Also added a yellow and a blue sticky card (for pest indication). [Day 14] Plant grew a bit as expected. Not much change otherwise. The pest traps only caught some mosquitoes.

BakedPotato42O [Day 15] Upgraded from 60 to 80 Watt LED panel (will use both later) and started using Vita Race today. [Day 16] Topped the plants main stem. Also sprayed some water on the leafs, to get the spots left by the Vita Race off. [Day 17] Started measuring Ph and EC level and noticed they were way off. Will only use water the next 1 or 2 days and use less fertilizer. [Day 18] Also added a second light panel (60+80 Watts) and upgraded my ventilation from 100mm (100m3/h) to 125mm (185m3/h). [Day 19] Started LST by tying the plant down with a bit o help string. Topping seems to have worked. [Day 20] Will give it some fertilizer today. pH and EC is going into the right direction again.

BakedPotato42O [Day 22] Pre-flowering stage is starting. The plant gets bushier and the topping clearly worked. Am exited for the flowering stage 😊😍 [Day 23] A lot more vertical growth lately. Will probably start adding Plagron Bloom sometime this week. Also started my 2nd grow, so now she has a friend 😊 Also cut 2-3 leafs from the bottom. [Day 24] Higher temperatures and humidity today than usual. Inside of the tent I had around 30°C and 60% humidity. I also bound down the two main shoots carefully, to give the smaller leafs more light. [Day 25] Bound down the remaining stems to increase the LST to the maximum. Just a few hours later, the plant adapted to the LST, moved its leafs and is bushy again 😆😍 [Day 26] Not much changed, she just gets bushier and grows more vertical. [Day 27] It just gets bushier every day, so I might defoliate her in the next days. Otherwise she looks great and should enter the blooming stage sometime next week. [Day 28] I cut off some leafs that grew weirdly/wrong (prob. because of the LST) or were dying from laying on the wet soil for too long after watering. While doing that I noticed the main stem being broken, because of too much stress during the LST. Luckily she was strong enough to just keep growing 💪😍 PS: I put on some 'Seramis' (Clay granulate) on the pots to keep away gnats and other pests that live in the upper substrate layers. Also looks better 😉

BakedPotato42O [Day 1] Unfortunately, I forgot to record this day. Flowers slowly become visible. [Day 2] The stems that will develop a head flower become clearer every day 😁👍 🌲 [Day 3] Now my girl is growing like crazy 😍 If she keeps growing like this 'til harvest, I'm gonna be more than happy 😉 [Day 4] Growth is getting better and better and the flower stems are clearly stretching from the base now. Let's see how this evolves further 🌳❤️ [Day 5] Unfortunatly I wasn't home this day, but the plant probably did grow... [Day 6] Came back today, and the White Widow is really bushy and gets really tall (20cm) now. I'm really confident on the grow 😍 (PS: Also got gifted a Triple G cutting today, which will become my next grow 😉) [Day 7] She's getting so big, I can't even get any decent photos from above now 😆 But I see that as a great sign 😍
