Neville’s Haze definitely has a very strong growth drive. We kept her under a 9/15 light schedule and even topped the plant, yet she still ended up being the tallest in the run. Every side branch grew almost as large as the other main buds in the grow. The plant also had a very long flowering time - around 16 weeks. Wow. The plant developed a typical Haze aroma and a strong effect, but the smell itself wasn’t particularly interesting for us

CBD Chronic grew almost exactly like the pictures shown on the Serious Seeds website - well done! The plant had a very compact and sturdy structure. One noticeable trait was the long leaf petioles, which you can also see in other photos of this strain. The plant developed a thick main bud that was relatively airy, which should make it less prone to mold - actually a very good trait. Regarding the effects: the plan was to find a strain with a very mild effect and a high CBD content. Well, in our case the CBD Chronic definitely didn’t turn out to be “weak” and feels quite similar in strength to the other strains in this run. After curing, there is a slight citrus aroma noticeable in the bag, but we don’t want to exaggerate it. Serious Seeds definitely delivers when it comes to realistic product photos and breeding results.

Superlicious Sativa was a bit of a tricky one for us. For a long time it had a very intense and interesting aroma, which we mentioned several times during the grow. Unfortunately, the smell faded more and more towards the end, and the plant also started to herm and heavily self-pollinate. Interestingly, none of the other plants developed seeds - only the Superlicious itself did. Because of that, the plant will be processed further together with the trim from the other plants. On the positive side, it grew very vigorously and stayed healthy throughout most of the grow, and its aroma during development was really intriguing. Definitely worth giving another run in the future.

Super Lemon Haze was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment for us. We were really looking forward to strong lemon terpenes, but it seems like we probably ended up with a weaker phenotype - it happens. Aside from that, it was also pretty unremarkable in terms of both flavor and effects.

Super Silver Haze turned out to be a pretty average strain for us. In this grow it didn’t really show any notable terpene development or a particularly strong effect. Overall it felt like a standard, everyday kind of weed - not amazing, but definitely not bad either. Maybe we’ll try again in the future with a selected clone to see if it can show more of its potential.
