The answers you get to your question are right, but not complete.
There is no chance to see which one is the auto before flowering, but I think you can see earlier which one is the Mimosa and which one is the White Widow.
The Mimosa will grow thinner leafes (more sativa) as the White Widow (more indica). This might not work in every case, as the phenotypes of each strain can lean in a different direction. But it should be a almost save possibility to divide your seeds (plants) before flowering.
