It's either transplant shock, the soil isn't aerated well, or early root burn from too rich of soil. I had this problem starting off. Use sponge grow plugs soaked in super thrive when planting seedlings, which will eliminate all the above problems. I went from from 70% to 97% success rate this way. *Note: Depending on how long tap root is, you may need multiple plugs. Split each plug down center, open up, insert tap root, & repeat until 1/2" from leaves, then plant. This will give your plant 6"-8" of roots at 1.5 weeks meaning deep & massive root system early meaning much faster growth & better uptake of nutrients.
