@GrowGraceGrow
, the perfect time to start LST is after the stem is strong enough to withstand it (usually once it has 3 or 4 nodes) and before the stem gets so thick and strong that it will break. Once you start LST, you can continue with it and make the plant take whatever shape you want. I just did a bunch of LST to my clones, watch for my diary update on Monday if you are curious!

, I wasnt sure at what stage I should LST, will definitely do it on my next grow. I am quite limited on my grow space currently, so I guess I should start flowering now then. Thanks for your input, much appreciated! ✌️

, Hi Cbalderson60! Thank you very much for your well detailed answer. I found it the most helpful for what I was asking. However, I believe I will utilize some of those methods for future grows. It seems as though there is great preparation involved in using homemade organic nutrients. I have saved your post to use as a reference in future. Thanks again for sharing your expertise! Happy growing✌️

Very valid points from all , it comes down what you as the gardener would like from your plants at the end of the day , nutes can be stressful you have to feel comfortable with feeding otherwise you won't deal with problems . We are all learning dude , and most of the questions I have i can find answers on these pages . Good luck

, Thanks for sharing all that info! I'm going to hold off on the homemade nutrients until I get a couple grows under my belt. Perhaps I was a little too ambitious! I will definitely check out the Fox Farm trip. Much appreciated 👍
