Lemon Cherry Cookies turned out to be a lovely little plant. Short, bushy, and compact, with a structure that responded really well to LST. The flowers started out a bit leafy, but during the last few weeks she really packed on the calyxes. We'll see how much she shrinks after drying. She grew shorter but chunkier buds and was already nicely frosty from early flower. For most of her life she was pretty lowkey. Unless you got your nose right into her, she didn't smell much. My girlfriend kept saying she hoped I'd grow only strains like this from now on because "they smell so fruity." ..Then she came over after trimming... and said it smelled like I'd just peeled a fresh garlic clove. I tried vaping a bit of the fresh resin after trimming, and wow... the citrus is really there! That's exactly what I was hoping for, since the flavor was the main reason I bought this strain. Right now, I'd describe it as citrusy, sour, and sweet. Hopefully at least some of those terpenes survived the heat. *8/10 for now. Lost two stars for the leafier, airier buds and the likely average yield.

I wanted to grow one of those huge autoflower buds the size of a hand or a beer bottle... and here it is! I think this is going to be my personal record. The buds have a more open structure, so these won't be those dense, rock-hard cookie nugs. High-yielding strains sometimes sacrifice flavor, but I don't think that's the case here. I think the name suits her well, the tropical fruit aroma is definitely there. From what I've tried so far, she isn't particularly citrusy. I'd describe her as sweet tropical fruit with a slightly sour finish. The flavor isn't extremely loud, but it's pleasant, with a smooth, creamy smoke. Sometimes she even makes my nose tingle enough to make me sneeze. The effect is solid too, kind of cerebral.

No pests, vigorous growth, nice price, and already amended. I love it. Only, I’d maybe prefer it to be even lighter.

ATA Calmag = good, but I’d like it without nitrogen, if that’s possible. Ended up using gypsum and epsom instead.
