Not sure if it's my fault (multiple stressors) or genetic instability, but this plant did not turn out to be Tangerine Dream Auto. I'm a HUGE fan of TD, but this is not it. Neville's Haze has a woody taste with small fingerling buds. It's a great daytime/productivity strain that lets you keep your senses about you while performing whatever you have to do. As bubblehash, this plant is quite nice, but I don't particularly like the smell, flavour, or effects of the plants or buds. I have a million seeds from this hermied monster, and other than throwing in the trash am not sure what I'm going to do with them. Maybe a sativa outdoor bubble run, maybe trash or cereal...

Tangerine Dream is a potent, mostly sativa anytime cruiser. Lost a lot of smell during drying but came back through and through with cure time. A little head-cloudy and a lot relaxed, TD doesn't keep you up at night but isn't too head-busy either. One of my all time favs as a daily driver that makes anything more enjoyable.

Critical Purple Autoflowering

One-Hit-Wonder Critical Purple. I have one only one word to describe this strain: "HEAVY". Definitely be bedtime buds - it knocks me out Every. Single. Time. It starts with a wave of calm and moderate body buzz; so you sit down. Then your eyes start to get heavy, and....then... you're...asleep. If you manage to fight yourself awake for the duration, you're in slow motion with basic functions being a pretty good challenge. If you manage it as a daily driver, prepare to be heavily dopey/stoned with lots of 'next day stupids'. But this isn't a strain review it's a growing review, so onward... After many years growing bonsai photos then of not growing at all, this was my first forray into autos. CP Appeared to be a pretty simple strain to grow, and would fit my medication needs for pain killing and sleep aid. As recommended, I didn't want to stress/stunt the plant and also wanted to see what these autoflowers (and this strain) would do with minimal training. Turns out, quite a lot! Although the plant probably could have used more food all around (will try 1/2 strength GMB+ 3/4 Calmag), and a bit more training to widen/flatten the canopy, Critical Purple has the potential to have MUCH tighter nugs. I ended up keeping the trimming pretty loose, it's SO sticky - coated with trichs and DRIPPING with resin. After cure smell is "1997 Nestea Iced Tea Crystals" - sounds odd but you know what I'm talking about, and it's fantastic (and accurate). I've read a few other journals here & there for CP, and it appears this blotching/rust/spotting is a thing - nobody has figured out what it is or what's causing it.
