Looking good man! My first grow too, but from everything I've read and what I've done so far this is what I'd say about LST and your bunched growth. Wait until you have 4 to 6 nodes before you start training her. For the bunched growth, (I had this issue too) try moving your lights up a tad and let the plant stretch a little between the nodes.
