Yeah mate, DO NOT place a bottle over your seedling and then put it in the sun. it will be toasted very quickly.
You can put it in direct sun uncovered, all day every day and it will be fine, they have been growing like this for ever.
Seedlings do not need extra humidity or misting, this will provide no benefit, besides, cannabis is not a rain forest plant.
I have been growing like this for 35+ years and never encountered any problems with heat or sunlight.
They get born outside, and stay outside in all weather until they are ready for harvest, just like in nature.
