I found with germination these seeds go faster in just a moist paper towel in a plastic bag partially open. I’ve had 100% success with that method and 1 fail in a glass of water... you also don’t have to wait for the seeds to sink. Just put them in the bag in a dark place. Come back three days later and they’re ready to plant...good luck on your grow

Those 3 in one testers are not very accurate. I had one off +- 3. I recommend getting a better tester. They sell them on eBay for under 10$
