About your interogations, coco coir should be watered at least once a day, always with nutrients and always untill you get 10-20% (of what you are putting in) of runoff. Following the feeding chart at 50% of recommended dose is a good place to start.

, I have been trying to water it once per day with about 10-20% runoff but sometimes my meter would say the soil is still moist so I end up having to wait a few days before I am able to water it again without the plant being overwatered if that makes sense
