Just been doing the same thing as usual! No problems have come up besides this green stuff that is growing in my water reservoir which I assume is just an algae of some kind. Is this common? How do I avoid this from growing in the water? Any help would be appreciated thanks!
She does seem a bit small imo. I suggest you raise that humidity to around 55% and give her more light. I personally got a 300W light and I put it 60cm away from the canopy. With 150W, you should be safe at 45-50cm at least. Happy growing!
@Lxcente, I'm not sure to understand? 40,000 lux is well enough, RQS suggests 15,000 – 50,000 lux for vegetative growth. DM me if you want to discuss it more 😉
@GrowmieDeLaStreet, Okay so, I just got the lux reader in the mail and when I put my LED lights to 100% power, it was just able to reach 40,000 lux and I even elevated the plant as close as I possibly could (light was roughly 1.5 feet from canopy). And because the lights are at 100% power, the temperature has been raising past 77 degrees. Is my grow tent just too small?
About your interogations, coco coir should be watered at least once a day, always with nutrients and always untill you get 10-20% (of what you are putting in) of runoff. Following the feeding chart at 50% of recommended dose is a good place to start.
@sativaman, I have been trying to water it once per day with about 10-20% runoff but sometimes my meter would say the soil is still moist so I end up having to wait a few days before I am able to water it again without the plant being overwatered if that makes sense
