Great stuff. Solid yield, frost, potency.. checks almost all the boxes. One of my top 5 strains I've tried. Smell: Lemon, funk, some sweetness, musk. After about a month I started to taste and smell rubber, not burnt rubber. An interesting hard to place combination. I sent some off to my friend and said the smell was unique and he had to keep smelling it. Effects: Clear headed, elevated, focused, euphoric, happy, creative. This has been my go to for day time as it doesn’t put me out, but now I am trying to save it so I don’t burn through it so fast.

Bodhi - Cherry Lotus I popped a pack and had 5 females and the rest males. I let the males grow out a bit, but I really liked a Sky Lotus male and that's the one I selected. I grew 3 for flower and 2 for seeds. There were a lot of similarities between the 5 plants, large colas, great structure, cherry/fruity smells, excellent vigor, and awesome effects. 1 of the females is my favorite as it has some unique effects and I am glad I have her running in soil now. I will get into more details of the smoke report down in the harvest comments.

Ran 3 plants. 2 males:1 female. I ran the same plant in DWC and then soil. I got much better terps, flavors, and effects in soil vs my DWC run. The soil plant smelled like how I am used to Alien Rift smelling. Pungent, greasy, gassy. So I messed up the dry/cure, it was an environmental problem, or my new nutrients this run (Ventana). The effects on my DWC run I actually like better as it doesn't seem as potent, more of a daytime smoke. The soil has more medical effects for my spouse, so she likes the soil much better. I will go into more details below, but overall a great grow experience.

Very good plant and happy I grew it out. I got a lot of pineapple while it was growing, but in the jar before a longer cure, it was very funky, like stinky, in a good way. Now that is has cured for about 5-6 weeks, there is some pineapple candy flavor coming through. The smoke is great for social gatherings or during the day. Not super potent, but good terps. Very uplifting, euphoric effects. Beautiful bag appeal, the pictures don't do the buds justice.

Ethos - Amnesia Haze photo freebie As a grower, I loved this plant. Short, vigorous, easy to grow, and frosty as hell. As a smoker, it is just ok. Doesn't feel that potent. I need to smoke a lot to get some good effects and then those effects aren't long lasting. It isn't something I will keep around in the garden as the smoke isn't strong enough, but for new growers or smokers this strain would be perfect. Smell: Stinky basement and musk during the grow. When ground up there is more citrus and maybe pine. Effects: Euphoric, good even high. Not long lasting.

Doc D - Ethiopian Flame V2 I really enjoyed this strain and I received very positive feedback from everyone I gave it to. The first two plants are a daytime smoke for me. The effects are long lasting and I call it feel good weed. When I smoke it, I feel good. The third plant I harvested is ok for the day if you have to focus and work on a project, but if I have to do something physical, it makes it hard to get out of the chair. One plant is a little sweeter, gassy, pine and that is a little more cloudy headed, pain relief. Plant 2 has a beautiful lavender smell. There are many other smells in there, a little gas, but sweet floral lavender dominate the nose and taste. The lavender/floral smelling plant has the red sap trait. Plant 3 I harvested (journal is separate from this 1) is probably my favorite. After some cure I am getting citrus sweet notes, some spices, sandlewood, and maybe some gas. Great flavors and the effects are the strongest of the 3. Feels very spacey, uplifting, happy, makes my limbs heavy, relaxing, introspective, Love it. One or two friends didn't love Plant 2 because they like their HEAVY strains, but they still enjoyed the flavor and smell. I would give then Plant 3 to try, but it is my favorite, so that's staying in the head stash. 😁 Update a couple months later: I took a couple week break from the strain and loaded some in the bong and it is hitting hard. High as heck. Love the effects. Spacey, happy, cloudy, motivated. More details below.

Strayfox - North Indian Kush Cake (fem) Smell: Sourness and gas I get from cookie strains right up front. Then there is some sweet funkyness. Hard to describe and I'm going to get some feedback from some growers who are better at describing smells then me. Effects: Relaxing, chill, feel good weed. Great for watching a movie then heading to bed or during the day with some caffeine. This plant seemed to have a lot of the LA Kush Cake influence. The frost and bag appeal are amazing. The buds themselves are like itchy balls (sweet gum tree pods), dense, frosty and smelly. Solid yield.

Strayfox Gardenz - Iraqi Banger Potent, vigorous, dank, excellent smoke. The smell feels more old school. Reminds others of Patchouli. Musky, earthy, hashy, woody, with some gas. I've been smoking it almost non-stop for the last 10 days and it is still potent as hell. Very calming and relaxing, but potent and it hits me in the head good. A couple hits is all you need to be medicated. I hope to fit this strain in again in the spring and this time I will take clones.

Excellent strain overall. Some grape (not super purple smelling), pine, lemon type smells. The effects are pretty even. It doesn't have the punch of most of the strains I grow, but an excellent daytime smoke to chill out to and get some stuff done around the house.

Greasy, pungent, frosty, easy to grow, stinky buds. Smell: Pungent, sour, gas, lemon, and some spice. Effects: I get tired and zoned out when I smoke it. My wife has the complete opposite. Get's talkative, uplifted, motivated, helps her migraines. It is without a doubt her favorite strain, so I always try to have some on hand.

AK Bean Brains - TK NL5 Haze F3 (Haze Dom) I grew 3 plants and 2 were heavy haze leaners and the other was an NL leaner. Harvested at the end of week 12. Smell: The haze leaners stink like sweet garbage. It smells like cleaning an old dirty, dusty basement. When it is ground up, the garbage smell isn't as strong and it becomes citrusy. Very dank and stinky. The NL leaner has more of a spice smell to it. Musky, but mainly earth, spices. Oregano comes to mind. Effect: The garbage smelling plants (haze) puts me in a bubble and I can't get anything done. I spent 2 hours trying to do a few dishes earlier and they are still there. Stoney stone. The NL leaner is a more active high where I can get more stuff done, but it still packs a huge punch. Edit after 2 month cure: TKNL5 Haze has to be the strongest bud I've ever smoked. It won't put you to sleep, but make you lose time. I've been smoking it quite a bit and no real terp lock yet like some other strains. This is the shit you give people when you want to show off. Stinky as hell and it rocks your brain. Excellent stuff by Mr. Bean Brains.

Katsu Seeds/Romulan Genetics - Ziggy's Stardust Excellent cross put out by Katsu and Romulan Genetics. 1 plant smells like lemon lime, pine, and spice. The effects of this one are heavy, so if I smoke during the day I need some caffeine. The other plant smells sweeter (citrus), pine, lavender, with a little punch of funk in there. The bigger pine smelling pheno smokes great as it doesn't put me out. I can keep smoking it and stay lit all day without being put to sleep.

Great strain and happy I ran her. Nice chunky nugs that smell of lemon, pine, and some spice. She seemed a little slow in veg, but caught up to the Sky Lotus plants in flower. She was the biggest yielder in the tent and some minor nutrient issues, but otherwise she was easy to keep happy. Smell: Pine-sol and musky/spicy. It smells like pine-sol lemon cleaner when it is on hard wood. I know specific, but there is some musk on the back end with all the lemon and pine. The smell isn't as loud as some others, but it is an excellent terp profile. Effects: Relaxing without making me sleepy. You know the high when you don't want to do shit but watch netflix... that's what this does to me. Love it at the end of the day.

I grew 2 different phenos of the Sky Lotus and both were strong, easy to manage plants. More details about the grow in the harvest comment. Smell: They both have a pine, lemon, musky smell, but the 1 pheno has a nice berry smell to it on top of the typical OG smells. Effects: Berry smelling plant is more uplifting, gives energy, and makes me happy. The more OG leaning plant puts me in a more relaxed, positive thinking headspace. Out of all my recent harvests, the Sky Lotus berry pheno rarely leaves the pipe.
