Hi, this plant is 12 days old since it germinated, it's an Automazar from Dutch Passion.
Outdoor grow, 10 hours of direct sunlight.
Temperatures reached 34 degrees Celsius in the last few days.
800 ml of water yesterday, 20-liter pot.
It only has one leaf with the tip yellow like it's burned.

It's entirely possible a small drop of water landed on that tip and burned in the sun ... the only other thing it could be is nute burn (too many nutes) but I highly doubt that unless you've planted it in very VERY rich soil....
All in all, it's just one leaf tip and is nothing I would worry about at the moment...

Could be rich soil, or more likely water damage, rest of the plant looks fine careful when ya water ;) hope this helps!

Nutrient issue or high heat?I believe I have an over nutrient issue or could this be due to high heat?
My green house maxed out at 122 degrees, typically it reaches 105. The burnt tips showed up a day after the first nutrient feeding. Plus I have sheep manure and Iron earth in my soil. Did I over do it?
