Can anyone give me a hint of what are those marks?

hey rusga, your plants suffered a lot of high stress with the training and defoliation. That's why it's a bit short and not flowering yet. Best thing to do now is slowly introduce flower nutes, maybe some carbs like molasses so they get the energy they need towards the flower stretch. You can still make it inside a 15/16 week window so I wouldn't worry about changing the light schedule just yet. it's good to keep them low like you did, they will stretch during the flower period anyway. Hi @rusga! Seedlings are stretching because they're searching for more light, you must decrease your plant<--->light distance to stop them from stretching. More light efficiency = stronger plants + more nodes + more side stems. Be careful however, your babies might suffer from light-stress or heat-stress if the light is too close. Now, I won't recommend any manipulation/surgery until they have become taller/stronger/healthier, give them a few days to recover after your setup adjustments.
