hey rusga, your plants suffered a lot of high stress with the training and defoliation. That's why it's a bit short and not flowering yet. Best thing to do now is slowly introduce flower nutes, maybe some carbs like molasses so they get the energy they need towards the flower stretch. You can still make it inside a 15/16 week window so I wouldn't worry about changing the light schedule just yet. it's good to keep them low like you did, they will stretch during the flower period anyway.
