This strain is a hybrid resulting from the crossing of Tangerine Skunk with Purple Punch, also known as “Tangie Skunk.” It is a rare, evenly balanced hybrid (50% Indica/50% Sativa) created from the well-known Tangie and Lemon Skunk strains. This notable hybrid boasts a high potency, with average THC levels ranging from 19% to 21%. The effects of Tangerine Skunk produce a pronounced cerebral sensation that begins in the head and gradually spreads throughout the body. The smoke produced is exceptionally smooth, allowing me to take four to five puffs before needing a break. Preface It takes me about two months to write a smoke review. Rather than counting the days, I count the experiences shared with close friends and others. I don't sell or distribute my product; it’s strictly for personal use and documentation in my diaries. These reviews are unbiased and based on feedback from several individuals. The Grow Cycle I started by germinating a single seed in a damp paper towel. Within 24 hours, it sprouted and was transferred to a 1L pot. The plant thrived from February 14th until June 16th, when it was harvested, living a healthy and happy life throughout the grow. The Smoke Review Most of the consumption was through rolled joints. The smoke is generally smooth, but at times, it can induce a slight choking sensation, making you feel the need to “back off the joint” momentarily. When vaped with the Mighty or Dynavap, the smoke is dense and fills the room, creating a hotbox effect. A burst of mint, pine, and citrus aromas quickly fills the air, evoking memories of springtime in Austria, driving through forested landscapes toward an unknown destination. Meanwhile, the air conditioner hums at full capacity, struggling to cool the room in a battle against Mother Nature’s warmth. With a 60% Indica and 40% Sativa blend, the effects are deeply relaxing—perfect for unwinding in the evening with friends, watching a movie, TV show, or just enjoying a chat. Everything seems to work in harmony. However, strenuous activities should be avoided—this strain signals the day’s end, inviting you to savor the evening. While very social, this strain also helps with concentration on more passive tasks, like writing this review in my office. It’s great for gaming too. All the strains I grow are nourished with the same nutrients and follow the same process over roughly the same time frame (most of the time). For specific details on feeding quantities and lighting schedules, check the weekly progress updates. With 62% relative humidity, the buds feel sticky to the touch and leave a residue in the grinder. They are exceptionally dense, almost like small, firm fruits.

Grow Review Germination was a breeze. germinated after 2 days and I tried 2 seeds. The plant was in a vegetative state for 7 weeks followed by a flowering period of 10 weeks. Between weeks 4-6, both took LST, HST, and topping. around that time I moved them into the bigger tent and set the lights on 200 Watts for the rest of the grow. At week 6 of flowering both started to show orange colors and started to get fat for the rest of the cycle. The results are tight and resinous buds that leave sticky grinders and dirty fingers. :-) Drying and curing The plant was dried for 14 days with 70RH/25C due to the hot weather. I had a fan indirect to assist. After that, the buds were sealed and burped for 5 weeks. Smoking The strain is 40/60 Sativa and the balance is there. I can do anything I set my mind to achieve, for example. 1. watched a movie with my GF and chatted about the movie -- (great for chilling and kept me social). 2. cleaned my closet and organized drawers. 3. cleaning the kitchen after dinner and some joints. 4. I went to the gym and trained but that was not the smartest idea of the day. When does the 40% kick in? simple :-) once the rush goes away. Remember I wrote that this strain is quite a balanced one? Here we go.... after roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour, the couch lock and euphoric feelings kick in.
