@deFharo, Yes! Just my homemade LABS. I use structured spring water with trace minerals to soak organic rice then rinse/strain and let that ferment then mix with raw grass fed milk until whey and curds separate then add organic molasses for shelf stability! Been working great, a lot better than off the shelf em’s!
I’m going to a few local forests soon to collect IMO samples so I can start to make FAA and other KNF goodies.
