Northern Lights Autoflowering

Still only tried a test and it was wonderful. Lot of grapefruit smell and taste. Really sticky

The grow was really fun, When I managed to fim her, The main trunk broke but she repaired herself really well. she had a nice stretch and opened a lot of bud sites. got 65gr total of dry buds, did try some so thats why im at 61.5G. the smell is really citrus and fuel with some pine. the smoke is a little bit harch for now but let it dry correctly first. the harvest was cool, the buds are trichome packed and really sticky. The aromas was more like pine and citrus. Hope for the 40 grams dry total. the buds are denses and smell nice. im at the 9th day of drying. hopefully 2-3 more days to get snapping side branches. Harvest her at day 90 around. The foxtailing was still occuring, but almost all trichome were cloudy and some getting amber. I maybe should have wait still 1 week, but Im pretty sure it will be nice buds

Pheno #1 , Harvested January 23 was your very yummy but typical NL Cultivar, it kinda got away from me in 3rd to 4 week on the LowStressTraining and twisted on me which then became a bit of a pain in the ass to manage , but other then that she had zero deficiencies and grew like a bat of hell , overall super happy , great Genetics....😎Final Dry Weight 254 Grams😎 PHENO #2 Harvest January 16 and Was the perfect killer Pheno so much so i cringed for the fact it was an auto as its one I would have cloned and kept as a mother had it been a photoperiod , I can't explain it , but the structure, the air flow and the very little leaf ratio just made it a killer girl , super dense buds loaded with sticky gooey resin , and unlike her sister her smell was twice the hit . 😎Final Dry weight 309 grams😎

Northern Lights Auto from Canuk Seeds is a fantastic strain for newbies. Very resilient plant which was very forgiving as I made a ton of mistakes, but still managed to yield 131g dry!! If you look back to week 9, you'll see the dumbest decision to super crop due to height restrictions as I broke every branch including the main cola in 2 different spots lol and yet she could have easily died but responded with a decent yield. She took her sweet old time because of the extreme high stress which I big time misinterpret the training technique. 1 branch every 2-3 days NOT ALL BRANCHES at once Haha!! Live and learn!! Definitely a nighttime smoke, stress and muscles seem to relax due to a strong body high that slowly sinks you deep into the couch!! I tried to watch a movie with my girl, but lasted 45 minutes then lights out for me!! Just what the doctor ordered, body melts and then zzz's!! Mr. Sandman bring me a dream!! I have only tested a couple buds as the rest is curing!! I'll cure for minimum 6-8 weeks and will report back with update. As for now it still wasn't too bad the flavor, kinda reminds me of earthy/piney taste with almost spicy scent to it. Overall I think great plant for newcomers. I am running again, this time no HST, just let her do her thing and I will most likely do LST and selective defoliation, not like the haircut she received from me, poor thing!! From contest I was fortunate to place second and 2 from Canuk Seeds, Northern Lights and Sweet Tooth which should be a nice variety and a ton of fun!!

I harvested over a 2 week period. I took all the top buds and then let the bottom buds develop longer. This allowed me to get a full spectrum of different taste and affects at different point in the harvest.

This was only my 2nd grow and I would 100% recommend this strain for beginners. Also my first auto so no LST was done would try it on my next crop of autos. Had 2 different phenos and was really interesting to see the difference in the way they grew. Nice purple colours came out during the fade was really cool to see. 5 outta 5 on my scale and ill be growing this strain again.
