Even as a seasoned grower, these things had just a few problems early on. Nothing crazy but they did require a little babysitting to get them started strong into veg. I would deffently grow these again. The terps are LOUD. They are short bushy plants that stack really dense nugs that are above average in Size. Nice and sticky leaving your fingers coated in goo. 3 of the 4 harvested amazing. One, has absolutely no smell. No matter how much I squeeze and play with it, none. It's still dense and sticky. Just weird having no smell. These deffently weren't my biggest harvest of 4 plants I've ever done, but the flowers look and smell great. Everything I've grown from HSC has been above average.

I'm 6+ months overdue for this update. Been busy. She did great outdoors, and took some heat waves with 100F+ temps just great. She was ready for harvest at day 57, WAY before I would have expected. I'm assuming it's related to the heat waves, but the buds turned out great, and there didn't seem to be any negative effects from the heat. So Mint Jelly is a hardy plant, I can say... this past winter I kept another MJ outside in 40 degree F cold on some nights and she did great with that too. (that'll be in a diary coming soon) My only complaint is, I only got 18.2 grams dry. But the buds smelled amazing , lots of citrus, frosty too. Next time I'll give more nitrogen early on to hopefully get a better harvest.

WOAAA! Tastes like those blue hard candies called ice candy. When you open the jar you get hit by mint, then sweetness, then fruit, sour, camphor, unlike anything else really.. The buds are very dense and frosty, they make a good solid 'clong' sound when you throw them on a metal bin. The plant was rather small but gave me a huge yield, grew fast and easy, produced top shelf flowers. Effects are relaxing, the smoke makes me happy and satisfied and for me it helps me tackle nervosity, anxiety, and worries.

Oldest plant at harvest was 99 days. Plant seems to prefer warmer temperatures all were stunted a lil from cold weather in the early days. Id recommend to beginners for growing, I probably wont grow again for awhile but that’s just because I have many more strains I’d like to grow first. Smoke is definitely minty, high is a good steady sativa feel, comes generally medium ish, not very strong but i reckon I could increase the quality with more experience. Largest dry yield is 1.2 ounce from one plant, lowest was 0.5 ounce. Got 3.7 ounces all together

Harvest on Day 72. There were notable amber trichomes on both plants. It really does finish up in 70 days, as my first run with this strain was also day 72. This strain is simply incredible. i don't understand how it can pack so much flower into only 2 square feet per plant. One plant at harvest (trileaf pheno that had few leaves) already has a very strong mint smell. The other is more pine, lemon, and earth (in that order).

I'm really impressed. This has a strong head high that sets in before I finish a few puffs (all on a Mighty vaporizer), and then it settles into a light body buzz. There is some couch lock if I overdo it. The head high is the sort that makes me start to think about the fact that, when I'm stoned, I think about things :) smells very strongly of mint, almost menthol, in the bag. I get a strong mint smell. I get some synthetic fruity smell also on the pull, and one of my friends gets some pine. overall, it's delicious. lastly, buds are still quite sticky even after 3 weeks in grove bags. bag is about 52% humidity (i overdid it a bit on the dry i think. newb mistake). overall yield was, in fact, 108 grams. there were about 80 grams of upper buds, and the rest are lowers. incredible for only 2 ft^2 of space. i'm absolutely a Humboldt seed homie now...

I’ve only harvested one of my two plants- but it’s already one of my favorite strains. I love the minty/strawberry/chocolate terps in this and the effects are excellent - a nice hybrid with slightly more head effect imo. Very impressed that this one plant, even though stunted early, still yielded 44g of premium super high quality flower! Zero larf. This auto clearly would beat many photoperiod strains. Very happy with this smoke!!!

probably chopped this too early, but it does have a nice minty draw. 75g of dried buds and threw away anything that was lower.

This was my second mint jelly grow. The two plants fared pretty differently; one stunted at 5 weeks, possibly due to the transplant, and she didn't yield much buds (about half oz dried) although they were fat. The other did better (about 1.2 oz dried) but didn't produce as much as I had hoped.
