Northern Light Automatic

Solid 1.7 ounces from her. Tolerated unreal heat very well.

Plant was destroyed, bud rot on multiple buds. We had a very wet spring. No need to risk contaminating my drying tent.

I started this grow with terrible soil. Fox farms happy frog was super low ph like 5.2 or so. The northern light still produced 2.5 dry oz of flower but it was riddled with decencies due to lock outs. I’ll try it again in the future with better soil. I’m shocked that it still produced something tbh. It had tons of bud sites but popcorn style. Very few large buds. Look at this journal as an example of things that go wrong lol.

Did not grow as high as expected. Had really big buds. But only 20g dry. Far away from 100g dry. But under the given conditions I am happy with the result. Also it was my first grow and I started about one month too early. So I can recommend this strain to everyone looking for a robust plant that is easy to grow while not be too strong in its high.

I love Northern Light. What you see here was my fault and is not representive for the RQS Nortern Light Seeds. I had way better grows with this strain already but this time they had to suffer a bit out of several reasons - check the Diary for more information.

easy...but have no idea why she went that crazy...maybe due to the big plants around her during the first weeks...there was a lot of CO2 in the tent...she got even not enough light since moved to the big tent...because the lamp covered the bigger plants completely...maybe the Aptus nutrients made her that big...I have to find out in next experiments.

Considering all the mistakes I made this was a fantastic strain. I’m very happy with my first completed grow of northern lights automatic. I’ll update my progress as I go, right now she’s chopped and hanging on the line.

The Smell is really fruity, altough she tastes Like Wood and earthy. Pure indica effect is really relaxing for chilling, sleeping or gaming.

She’s hanging up now, I left the lower popcorn bugs to dense up more sore there’s about 25% left on the plant left

Really Strong against mistakes and growing pains, one of the plants suferred a lot but was able to finish even tho the total harvest from her was not that good, the other plant was strong from the get go and didn't have any issue, the pot might have played it's part too. For sure will keep using Royal Seeds

NL has a great flavour and a sweet smell in the mason jar, She took our many mistakes and was able to get something out of it, which is a big plus, this one suffered quite a lot

While my Bubble Kush Auto was sensitive to pretty much everything, Northern Light Automatic was cool with anything. Very forgiving plant and her buds had an amazing terpentine profile. Still, not the densest buds. Definitely recommend!

Grow💧 Awsome grow. Tallest plant i have grown 35in(nearly 90cm). Her side branches need support since 2nd week flowering. Part from that didn't cause any issues. From my side was unnecessary flush as she would use what is in soil till harvest. Flushing cause too much yellowing on leafs from my perspective. Harvest✂️ Very nice woody smell with surprise of sweet note to it. Then i checked breeder description and actually it should be like it. Also notice buds are not compact a lot. (Again) Following research on site, looks like this genetics are like this. Shame because yeld was quite large. With better density that plant would be a monster. Smoke🔥 Smells like pine. Woody sweet scent. When grind up it intensify. Smoke with strong indica effect. Double up with higher cbd content (which was surprise from breeder description). Taste like it smells woody, slightly sweet. Is not super potent but has something to it. Propobly that's why is so popular and use in medicinal side of spectrum. Isnt my type of bud. Still I will enjoy every gram of it.

Northern Lights has always been one of my favorite strains. First time growing and really couldnt believe how easy it was. With the Gaia Green and worm castings just watering every other day couldnt get any easier than that.
