Wedding Cake Automatic – Strain Report From the very beginning, Wedding Cake Automatic showed herself as a determined and promising plant. She was actually the first of all three plants on the Farm to sprout, so I had high expectations from the start. However, after that strong beginning, her development became noticeably slower than I’m used to seeing with autoflowering strains. The vegetative stage lasted around 3–4 weeks, followed by approximately 6 weeks of flowering. During most of the cycle, Wedding Cake progressed quite slowly, especially compared to her roommates. But patience paid off! During the last three weeks of flowering, she seemed to get a real boost and started putting on some serious weight. The final result was definitely satisfying and proved that sometimes you simply need to give a plant the time it needs. Throughout the entire cycle, I had no major problems whatsoever. Wedding Cake showed herself to have strong genetics and good resistance to both environmental and internal stresses. She remained healthy and stable from start to finish. The flower development was also a little slower than usual. It took some time before the buds really started showing their potential and producing noticeable amounts of trichomes. But once they got going, the flowers developed into beautiful, dense, hard, oily and seriously sticky buds covered in a nice layer of resin. With THC levels around 19%, Wedding Cake Auto is definitely not a strain I would underestimate. The effect can be quite strong, so I’d recommend starting with a moderate dose and seeing how she treats you. Being Indica-dominant, I found her especially suited for relaxing at the end of the day. This is the kind of strain I’d enjoy with good music, a movie, or simply some quality time with friends. All in all, Wedding Cake Automatic was a slower but rewarding grow for me. She may have taken her time, but the final flowers made the wait worthwhile. To everyone thinking about giving her a try — you certainly won’t go wrong with Wedding Cake Auto. After all… cake is cake.

Easy and resilient.

I cant say too much about the flavor and stuff yet , but she came in with heavy resin , I lost many terps duo to heat as well . I give her a 9/10 since the drying got messed up and smell before harvest was great. ( 25-30C and 40-60 RH ). I ll update when the Curing took place for like few weeks , now is Day 1 of Curing (20.8.24) . I hope to get some flavours back , even the buds got dried too much . Anyways I think I maybee give it another try in the winter.

Tried a bit after she dried and was in the Jar for a day or two. Nice high, very pleasant.

We have arrived at harvest. All I can say is wow the buds on these ladies are massive!! These ladies overcame a rough start what with the cold temps and over watering. They handled it well and took it in there stride. They can down on day 74 they are now drying in the dry room at 16c and around 55% RH These plants weren’t the biggest but the buds smell so nice and are literally oozing with resin. Great strain 💯 recommend to anyone to try. 👊🏻

Pouco rendimento, muito stress, temperatura e humildade não foram devidamente controladas. Bem condições estão melhorar aos pouco, tenho que envestir mais, mas de momento se gastar mais 1€ com plantas, minha mulher divorciar-se de mim 😲😃 Muito fácil de plantar e e manter, plantar novamente em breve.

amazing strain!

11/08/23 - I finished my dry a couple of days ago and have jarred & trimmed the last couple of days. My dry weight after jarring but before the full cure is 146.7 grams. I know the cure will suck out a little more so I should end up with a little under 5 ozs after. The general (dry but not cured) smoke report is that even slightly green it’s great. The taste sorta reminds me of a sweet jenny kush type taste except with slight berry taste. Great Stuff!! The effects are definitely uplifting and puts me a great mood. About 70/30 head/body high. I’ll cure for 6 weeks and do my full smoke report! Happy growing everyone! 11/01/23 - I definitely ended up with a beautiful wedding cake!! She came in at 734 grams wet with some very large buds. The best way I can describe the smell is sweet vanilla berry. I currently have her drying at around 65 temp / 55 humidity currently. Trying to get the perfect 60/60 ratio. Just some details. I put her in darkness at the end of day on 10/29 and harvested on 11/01 for about 62 hours of darkness. Also I am not sure if I am going to edit my original data as I was using a 300 watt light for weeks 1 - 4 and used a 150 watt light for weeks 5 - 13 for flowering. I am just unsure how the metrics will work as I know it’s all based on wattage, square footage and amount of plant's so we will see.
