Feminized and non-autoflowering version of our SWS35 (Sweet Special Auto) now featuring ultra-fast flowering. This strain is an F1 hybrid resulting from the cross between a stabilized hybrid of Hog x Grapefruit and a selected strain of 3rd generation of Sweet Special Auto. This version of Sweet Special Auto preserves the characteristic and desired sweet aroma, reminiscent of candies or fruit jellies, a trait inherited from its ancestors Hog and Grapefruit. Just like our other F1 Fast Version® this strain is distinguished by its great hybrid vigor and fast flowering, producing big buds covered with aromatic resin in just a few weeks.

Quite an interesting grow as it was a brand new set up, different location in my house and first time flowering under a 600w lamp, so was a bit of a learning curve. Overall (ignoring my stoned fuck ups) things went OK as both strains were easy to grow and not overly fussy, except a bit of calcium deficiency, but adding a touch of CalMag sorted that out. All four were also topped, responded well and seemed quite happy. I did struggle with low temps while in the grip of winter, and low humidity early on, but I think with a few adjustments I should be able to resolve them. I also put them under 600w too early, as I’ve now got a dimmable ballast, I should have knocked it down to 250w at first then over a couple of week increased it to 400w then 600w, but hey you live and learn. I also didn’t make the best use of the scrog net, for what I’m used to the square holes were too big and stretchy and some of the side branches suffered so I think next grow, I’ll stick to LST, also means I can move the plants around.
