FFT9

Great for outdoor growing in Canada... these fast flowering plants offer huge dense colas that are ripe well before the frost hits Ontario, Canada (Zone 5). The smoke effects of this plant (while we have not cured it yet) are heady and relaxing. It starts off nice and euphoric, and settles into a relaxing stoned feeling. Good for a solid night of sleep. The taste is more on the earthy side.. not a lot of citrus in it. These plants suffered light stress and managed to bounce back nicely. I saw a bit of powdery mildew, but the plant was ripe before it had a chance to take hold. I recommend these fast flowering photoperiod plants to all Ontario growers!!

Very dank , rock solid buds that smell so fresh fruit sweet with abhint of lemon to them. Absolutely sugared up and crunchy to roll a joint with. Nice sized colas that wanted to stay in long colas even at trimming stage. I loved this strain and will definitely grow it again as soon as I know what they are ?????. Another amazing test strain from Fastbuds. well done guys

A Beans review for FFT9: the ninth of the FastBuds fast flowering photoperiod testers. Great experience overall and a strain that I will hang onto the last seed, if thats indication of quality and/or potential. The grow predates my most latest normal, so I can see evidence of my previous amendment strategies, and I was still fine tuning my current veg. tent. The FastBuds testers were also the first batch that was run through HPS flowering (that did not have mites). All testers suffered with extreme heat, as I make adjustments including renovations. The testers were grown as one main stalk to medium height, and with no training whatsoever. What I like about FFT9 is that it did well in my environment(s), immediately upon flowering it was leading the pack with stacking buds. Density was quick to follow and before any other plant I had golf ball nugs spotted up to a massive main crown. To borrow a classic from user ButtersStotch, and others, it produced a donkey. I would say only some benefits to moving the plant outdoors to finish up (in a cold and dry northern climate). It did frost up and improve in that last week, but not as much progress as others. Trichomes were not necessarily popping. I will note as I build my bud stock that I cut at seven weeks, the exact projection from FastBuds. More gains likely could have been made. The effects are good indica, makes you relaxed and sleepy, you feel it stronger and stronger with bowls (and I vape alot of bowls 🐒). Because of the indica quality I do find my mind stays fairly clear though, I’m in a good mood and can focus, but that constant indica weight is there. The flavours are complex and interesting - a nutty overtone with some fuel mixed in, but ultimately herb. I have yet to encounter a peanut flavoured weed and this most certainly is the aroma that the button suggests. I am surprised how it blends with the fuel and the aftertaste. I definitely like the smells and flavours, they are intriguing, but they aren’t in league of the over the top berry or pungent strains. I will speak highly of this strain, it was a pleasure to grow. As I update other diaries FFT9 is a nice signal for the end of summer ☀️ I will grow FFT9 again and have preserved the last seed. It is a strong entry and I would label as a 8.5/10. It only slightly bows out on flavour, and I was surprised by how little progress was made when I significantly reduced temperatures outside. I also chose not to clone and I can’t give any strain a 10/10 unless it is easy to clone and makes it into regular rotation.

No problems throughout, finished with green fan leaves, and full ripened trichs. Nice colors, reds and purps. After curing for 2 weeks, the buds are dense, fruity and a lovely nose of citrus and berries. Bang up job on this strain by Fastbuds,. It is a decent yielder with many colors that will satisfy the most experienced connoisseur

She tolerated her topping, LST and defoliation like a champ. Never showed any signs of stress and grew exactly how I had directed her. She has a beautiful purple coloring in her flowers. The only downside is that once dried, the buds did not reflect a beautiful purple hue but rather look almost black. I am not sure if there is something I could have done drying wise to chance the outcome of the appearance but I would have liked for the dried version to look just as beautiful. Under the microscope however, it is clearly purple and looks great!

This is very potent strain with delicious aromas and flavors. If I smoke more than a few bong rips in a row, I'm pretty much worthless. The problem is that it tastes sooooo f'ing good that I can't help but keep smoking it!

Harvested on day 66. Very nice surprise with that photoperiod test strain from Fast Buds 👍 The grow was easy with no particular problem. The stretch was average and totally manageable. Internodal space was average too, the buds remained compact. The yield is good as the buds are compact. The smell is strong, red berries and tropical fruits. A lot of trichomes on both plants which makes them very stickies 👌

Smells like a fruity bubblegum with hints of pepper, and tastes like sweet berries. The effect is very much an indica with a nice relaxing body buzz that works great for muscle pains and insomnia.

This plant stalled out at 15" and thus yielded very low. The quality of the buds is top notch, just not a lot of them. I personally consider this a failure considering the time and lighting spent for such a low yield. I will definitely plant again and give it another try. These plants surely flowered quickly and finished up in just 46 days since transition, the estimated time was 49 days. After just a day in the jar, smoke is smooth and tastes of fruit punch and pie. Effect is a nice mellow body high that sets in slowly as you melt into the couch. Definitely night time or anxiety smoke. Processed out the trim and ended up with 20g of kief.

Good smoke, a nice strain to end a night.

This one needs a longer veg then I gave it but it's quality all the way. For their first release of photos fastbuds has done an amazing job
