UPDATE: New dry bud jarred up and bud shot pictures as well as ice bubble hash run pictures. Harvest day! Oh how amazing it has been. After 48 hours of darkness with just the dehumidifier and fan going, the smell of sweetness and gas filled our nostrils when the tent was opened to get the girls out. Unfortunately I couldnt get very good pictures with the lighting against the tent but got some decent results where I could use natural lighting. Ive got some more pictures on the way so check back for some dry bud shots as well as some macro shots of the trichomes. With the help of a couple good friends, we got the gloves and trimming scissors out and trimmed the girls down in about 2 - 3 hours while listening to music and smoking some joints (wth some added scissor hash between trims 😜). We only did a basic trim (taking off the fan leaves as well as the larfy/popcorn buds which then went into the freezer which will be used as a fresh frozen ice bubble hash run) as I like to leave a good amount of the leaves on during the drying process but not too much as the humidity is quite high at the moment anyway so I dont have to worry about overdrying. Overall this strain was super easy to grow but I can chalk that up to the environment and nurtients being on point as well as the light upgrade which has made a massive difference. They didnt stretch as much as they would do under a MH or HPS bulb but I was happy with their size but may look at going bigger in the next round (the diary for the next round is currently up so check the progress of what I hope will be monsters as I will be adding more light to the flower stage!) Once the girls have spent 7 - 10 days drying, I will be popping them in their jars and doing a smoke report with some pictures of the finished buds and some trichome macro shots. The strain is not the biggest yielder but its quite promissimg,the smell is top and the effects are a very mellow creative smoke,tastes like sweets,will grow it again ✌️✌️

Now we are going to week four, the plants have started to really vegetate, I have seen rapid growth in cannabis and other plants before, however, this strain is growing very large at a tremendous pace. I am having no issues so far, I am doing very light training and I started using pH down, as the plants ingest the nutrients the pH is rapidly rising. I hope to preserve perfect pH within the next week and continue on. I have been adding a gallon of water every three days to keep the reservoir at the right level. The plants are receiving a constant PPM of 400. Not only am I seeing five-finger leaves but I am also seeing seven-finger leaves. The plants are looking very healthy and there are no issues at all so far. I have Started to train the plants and started mainlining, I have also slightly defoliated the plant. This Plant is overgrowing the free seed from seedsmen. ( in hindsight I have never gotten any good free seeds from seedsmen) Science: There are a few ideas in this grow journal that I am toying with. The first idea is putting low-voltage conduction through the roots of the plants, I strongly believe that stimulating the the roots with electricity will induce larger and stronger vegetation. The other idea is blasting the plants with low decibel sound waves. We will see. There is another idea I have with string LED lights. However, I'm going to keep some of my secret sauce to myself.

The buds continue to get fatter everyday. They look very sticky as well. This really is a fun grow so far and the buds smell wonderful just wonderful Wow!!

I preferred to remove my net this week, to more easily access my plants and water them. I hope the branches will hold I cut a lot of leaf this week. I hear different opinions that say it's beneficial others not... At least it will have the advantage of lowering the humidity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Water: tap water at 300 PPM, I add 0.7G of Hybrid powder and 0.3g of booster PK+ per liter to reach 950PPM and I adjust the PH to 5.8. I watered daily until water drained from the pot (to release nutrients from previous waterings) and I take a 3-4 day watering break to let it dry out before resuming a daily watering schedule. -Daytime temperature: 22-26°C -Night temperature: 20-24°C -Humidity: 50-75% ( Too high but it's hard to lower it... Trichomes: The Frosty Frontier This week, the focus is all about those frosty beauties! • Trichomes are the key indicators of ripeness and cannabinoid production. Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Última semana. Hice el primer lavado con flawless finish circulando durante unas 12hs. Luego ya puse agua y quedó circulando en proceso de lavado. Es el final y ya estoy ansioso. Esperaba tener listos los esquejes de la próxima camada, pero aún no tengo todos. Así que voy a ver cuantos pongo la próxima vez. Una planta quedó un poco atrasada respecto del resto. Así que voy a ver si la dejo una semana más cuando haya cortado. De todos modos no me preocupa, ya que era la planta que dejé sin guiar ni cortar y era el esqueje más nuevo de todos. Seguiré subiendo algunas fotos por si hay cambios, aunque no creo que haya mucha modificación. Día 47. Las flores estan muy duras. Parece que va a ser interesante la cosecha. En pocos días estaré cortando.

Wow wow wow... Apollo what have you guys made at SweetSeeds... My dear this strain is a monster and a keeper. Do you want regular-sized plants and buds in 8 weeks? No problem! Do you want plants that can handle any condition even as a noob? Check! This beast of a strain is out of this world and I'm over the moon with the results. I can't believe it. Normally I've seen auto's do 30 cms and some buds on top... This is simply alien tech... I think I have never seen any plant grow that fast... This is something to try if you haven't already... Completely amazed... And this is while making all sorts of mistakes: too hot, soil also too hot in nutes and temp, hotspots in tent by lacking fans, less PH buffer. Stuff I learned: - In my climate: at least 20 liter grow pots, maybe bigger. - Add hydro corn, I forgot this - Less bloodmeal and bonemeal - More perma tea since mine is now too old to use, it will rot the earth. - More often more water, in smaller pots - Better ventilation and routing of fresh air. - Light a little higher also during flower. - No training is needed, a little defoliation is enough. Started trimming a few leaves blocking bud sites and continued to tie down tallest growth. I’ve never used LST to this extent, but I’m a disciple now. Tremendous shape creating space for new growth still. At this point, I learned about the importance of dark hours for bud growth. In case it helps someone: flower growth and later, thc, is boosted and triggered by dark time. During veg for an auto, go full blast with lights. But those flowers boost at night to protect themselves from harsh UV daylight. Swear to God, after months of reading journals and articles, I didn’t realize that until recently.
