I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.

[ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

Let’s see , humidity is an issue . It’s higher than I’d like it to be . I added drip pans & two different miniature forms of dehumidifiers one electronic and the other passive . I need recommendations on affordable dehumidifiers before I run into mold issues . After breaking the apical dominance there was one or two issues but it gave me all the more admiration for the genetics to take a beating and still remain unbothered & WHOLE . A main top was bound too tightly & broke in half trying to pull itself back up . It remained broken and unnoticed for atleast 3 days before I saw the damage and taped it . She is now almost fully scarred over & healed . Vertical growth was decent this week I wouldn’t describe it as fast or explosive. Still watering to activate the dry amendments I can tell they haven’t began taking it up quite yet. Holy shit do they stink when not premixed into the soil before planting ! Just monitoring & trying to get as much dense continuous resin packed bud stacked up in there .

Here we are today is the chop. The top is ripe while the popcorn buds at this bottom will be used for extractions... This grow has been a breeze. The training was amazing, and as you can see, the final result is absolutely stunning... Kannabia Seeds thank you so much for these fine genetics. fighting the cold at lights off temps dipping lower than I would like, adjustments have been made so hopefully I’ve not done too much damage, will start slowly cutting the nutrients down from now on by 5 ml a week, the cold has slowed them down abit so I’d be guessing at a 10 week flower on these girls, the middle plant has the more solid bud structure than the others with a notable size difference already, I’ll be trimming lower leaves in the canopy this week to open them up and get some light down to lower bud sites

Day 65 Day 15 Flower 06/07/24 Saturday Water de-chlorinated tap pH 6.2 today. I have had to do a deep defoliation, and light LST, she just climbed last week 🤦‍♂️😅 and air flow was becoming a problem finding wet spots under leaves is no go at this stage in flower . So here is her update, she is absolutely huge 🤩 thank you SSSC for allowing me this run, I'm going to dedicate my whole space to a full auto run for her next. She has un tapped potential 👌. Updated pictures and a video today. Day 66 Day 16 Flower 07/07/24 Sunday no water/feed today letting her dry off a little more. Day 118 Another check fan alert. Exhaust stopped working. We’re now back in action. Hoping this one will hold out for another week until harvest! Next batch of seeds have been put into Jiffy pellets. Will update on the plant I moved outdoors right before I put them into flower. It looks incredible! Day 119 Trichomes are still glass-like. Some are beginning to cloud, but it looks like probably another week or so to go. Day 121 Turning the humidity down to try and simulate fall weather. Try and get these plants to flower a bit quicker before the get nanners Day 124 Just starting to get some amber trichomes! Ready for harvest. Putting it into a 2 day flush and then she’s getting cut down!

This is a very interesting week! After mainlining, I transplanted the lady into a 3L AirPot, adding 3 spoons of Mykos by Xtreme Gardening, 45g of BioMagno Algae and 5g of BioMagno Neem Flour. I uploaded a time-lapse video that shows the process. Then I fed her with the nutes you see above this comment, in 1L of water (actually, 750ml would be better). I hope you liked this week content! Week 5 of Runtz Clone test is going well, really healthy. Setting in nicely to her new 9L pot. No rapid growth yet. So the roots are still spreading out. Hopefully I'll have clones to take off in the next 10-14 days. 3rd/2 Days 29-3 She's growing well. I added 400ml of mixed nutrients all below. Ppm was low 360 npk Ppm and the rest is bacteria and harmless like high NPK feeds. Had some issues with the big fan leaves on the lower nodes. They weren’t doing so great, turning brown and brittle so I cut them off today. Hopefully that helps, probably should have done it sooner but I was a little worried I was going to kill it or something. It’s still growing though, lots of new growth and a few branches growing potential bud sites so I think it’s ok. The reason the leaves were dying? Could have been the low humidity. Could have been underwatering (she’s sucking up the water really quickly, needs to be transplanted). Maybe I have the light too close, realized today it’s only 8 inches away, I was just eyeballing it. If you know the proper distance for this Mars Hydro TS1000 LED please comment below. I will be transplanting this week on Thursday when my new Air-pots come. Goals for this week: Figure out exactly how much I should be feeding this thing, it’s possible it needs cal-Mag added to the food? If you know about nutrients please comment below.
