Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of veg. Sure are growing now. The roots are liking the compost they found. Got my hydro system up and running in here. Last year I had some small tips on the hydro leads and was giving 15 minutes of solution per day. I've got different, new tips this year, a lot more open. The landscapers call them 1/2 circle. I had been watering with rainwater and having the runoff run back to the reservoir. Good thing I checked it, it was; 7 ph and 1800 ppm. Adjusted it to 6.2 ph and 1200 ppm. I can give the same amount of solution in 2 minutes now, so my 15 gallon reservoir will last a week. It's not quite enough liquid to have them fully watered, so I feel with my fingers and when dry enough I give a gallon or two of water until it runs out and back into the reservoir (the green hose is tray drainage back to the reservoir). The plants loved it last year and I'll do the same thing. Got the plants spreading out now. I can see the mainlines spreading under the rungs of the table. I got some bamboo from Canadian Tire and filled the space between tables. I might get some more and make something to hold the budding branches up (like the soccer net but with bamboo). Made the first video of this year. You can get a feeling of how it is in here. 😃 I'll try to make one a week to keep you updated. I think that's everything for this week. Hey All!!, Today is the 24th - Happy Christmas Eve! The pictures were taken on the 19th (42 days old) they are looking quite good. They are doing a good job of stacking. Looks like they will be nice dense buds. I will be staying with what I am doing as far as feeding until it's time to flush. It does not look like they will not all finish at the same time. Of the 4 one is really turning purple, a second has more purple buds but the leaves are green, and the last two are just getting frosty but no real color, at least not yet. Also of the 4, one is really tall, two are about exactly the same and then there is one in the middle, taller than the two but ot quite as tall as the one really tall one. I will follow up next week. I skipped a week as there was nothing significant to talk about, they were just growing well. I hope everyone has a great Christmas day!

Allora torniamo alla descrizione di questo fantastico hybrido F1 della RQS che gentilmente mi han donato in prova.. devo dire che la pianta rimane davvero uniforme , cresce e si incrocia si se stessa rimanendo cespugliosa e esplodendo internodi da tutte le parti che danno spazio alle cime di raggiungere la luce ! Spettacolare anche come la stabilità genetica resiste anche alla differenza di nutrienti tra le due piante , aspetto molto interessante devo dire, cmq questa settimana ho dato a tutte e due un benefico tea di compost pk ,fatto con sapienza, e devo dire che i risultati si stanno vedendo xké la pianta è davvero molto rigogliosa di un verde scuro intenso ma non quello da eccesso da azoto, semplicemente si vede che la ragazza sta bene in tutto e per tutto è sana al 💯 x 💯👍💪 ormai il metodo bio tabs e rodato e devo dire che ogni volta mi stupisce sempre di più come l unione simbiotica di diversi organismi possa produrre una pianta così rigogliosa !! È una cosa che affascina e appassiona alla stesso tempo! Questo è quello che è successo a me ! Cmq ringrazio Mars hydro per la luce e il grande James the master di RQS che lo ha reso possibile ! Welcome to week 13!

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Purple Lemonade by @Fast_Buds is right on pace, way larger than the LSD-25 next to it but that has to do with genetics. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Purple Lemonade sprouted its second set of leaves by the time I woke up from my nap 😂 I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Have no doubt the new lights will make the plant/overall yield. Thanks for stopping in! What up y’all here we are at day 32 of flower here’s what went down. This was my first time defoliating and I defoliated a bit too much particularly on one of the forbidden Dream phenos. It started to hermie after I took off waaaay too many branches. A shame because this would have been one of the higher yielding ones. Forbidden Dream pheno #1 - wow just wow the smell insane I would say it smells like a grape sour patch kid with tangerine juice squeezed on top of it. The whole grow room smells like sweet candy. Pheno #1 didn’t stretch a lot so not sure how the yield will be. But will clone and re run. Forbidden soda: it’s a beauty of a plant, smells like sweet tangerine without the sour smell. Buds are less dense

These buds were giants, fat and sticky, the aroma of these plants was very robust with heavy aromas with subtle hints of citrus, fruity sweetness, with hints of sour diesel, I could swim in the smell, these buds just blew me away!

Hey everyone ☺️. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍👍. I have them all this week Sprayed again properly with neem oil in the veggie phase ☺️. There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated. Almost at harvest. This is the last week of feeding then on to flush. I have it an extra week as I said before was not really satisfied with the overall performance of drip hydro. Buds seem to small and not dense as other nutrients I’ve used. I will definitely run drip hydro again see if I can get better results. The real test will be at harvest after weighing. Started giving her plain water ph’d to 6.0 a week ago. Took down her main cola the other day so I could lower the light. The trichomes looked good on it. It’s drying currently. Planning on harvesting her next week. Not sure you can tell the massiveness of her from the picture. This is a Mars Hydro 5x3 tent. She is a beast!!

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. I'm a little bit late with starting this grow because the plants will finish around end of december or so, so i'm basically counting on a warm december :) This grow was supposed to start earlier, and I did germinate 11 seeds last month but only three of the lot sprouted out, it was totally my fault and i did abort that grow so we could start with a clean slate and at least four plants....so here we are ;) All three seeds popped after 36 hours in a glass of water, but thanks to my thick awkward fingers only two seedlings came out after planting in rockwool...my fingers are killers to most of my little sprouts :/ We were gifted Moby Dick seeds by Romy from Seeds Mafia to take part in the competition they are running.
