These gals are growing fast however I think I should have fed them more calmag this week. Their feeding week 6 will be heavy calmag and I will be bringing up the bloom nutes.

I started germination of 2 Jack F1 beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their new home. Cant wait! Just some background information on my last run with the Jack f1. It was relatively strong during veg. But was middle of the pack in size after the 6 weeks of vegetative growth. After the flower stretch she became the largest quick! With a enormous stretch rate of 300%... Yes she tripled in size. Forcing me too super crop her which she didnt like at all. Setting her back and definitely hurting her all around yeild. Despite the staggering, unexpected stretch amount. Leading to the stress inducing supercropping. She still pulled off immaculate bud structre, density, and trichome production. She just took much longer than she should have... and didnt pack on the whopper size buds I'd expect out of these genetics. Definitely learned alot out of my first go. So I'm amped for the second run with this variety. This time around I'm going to anticipate the stretch and cut veg time shorter. To roughly 4 weeks or 1 ft in height. Also utilize a bit of very light lst to their side branching to open them up a little bit. Without stressing them out... well hopefully.

I think they are some members of the Heteroptera family... 😕 They are not harmfull 😇 👉 Once a week I give the plants a liquid booster with OPF 4:2:8 ; Fulvic 25 ; Yuccah ; Biovin liquid ; Earthworm compost extract. Las plantas siguen creciendo y formando flores. A la mitad les e aplicado una defoliacion selectiva de hojas primarias para abrir paso a las ramas bajas y agrupar la planta de esta forma consigues plantas mas compactas al no tener que alejarse tanto las ramas del tallo para recibir luz. La otra mitad no lo a necesitado al ser un fenotipo mas xativo y corto. El aporte de co2 las hace trabajar bastante y aguantar la dosis de nutrientes diaria. Solo se riega una vez a la semana con sensizym. La distancia internodal de algunas plantas es espectacularmente corta. Llos cogollos ya estan unidos y apenas han comenzado a salir. Muy ansioso por ver como continua esta variedad de barneys farm. En el ultimo video podeis ver el plano general y la diferencia que hay entre el fenotipo mas xativo y el fenotipo indico a pesar de ser todas dos si dos 33 y estar bajo las mismas condiciones.

Week 15 going good…not bad …switching to bloom nutrient… and did a ton of defoliating to loosen up the canopy hopefully they won’t grow too much when I flip them to 1212 in a week I’ve seen these plants three times the size. Hopefully I can stunt that growth during the initial stretch by switching to Bloom nutrients early. Defoliating a week before flipping. I may decide to top them more but I probably won Do I have to type here for it to be green this is crazy. I’ve done more than a paragraph now at this point it’s kind of weird that it’s not green be green what the hell can it still not be green

Removed damaged leaves from DinaMed CBD Plus (DC+). Refreshed res'. Using Alaskan Organic Bloom to control my PH till the massive rises stop. Close now. Put another air line and stone into both buckets. Seems to help. Adding Microbe tea (formula below) as well as Hygrozyme and Advanced Nutrients Tarantula. Adding Alaskan Bloom not only helps the PH but feeds the microbes. Day 44 01/07/2025, I flushed with a quarter strength nutrient solution but kept with the usual does of cannazym and Rhizotonic as sure it could only help her, im experiencing some issues with yellowing and a few brown spots plus tip burn, I've never done an auto before and never considered that they might need less feed than a photoperiod, feel very stupid, so with that being considered I think it was probably for the best and will move forward with half strength feeds. I am also actually trying to get the night cycle in check as I've been advised of some processes that won't happen with the low VPD that I was allowing to happen at night, the dehumidifier works but also heats the room up to nearly daytime temps, it's a desiccant dehumidifier though and I think it just pumps out more heat, I'll have to reinvest in a more suitable dehumidifier Maybe the issue is too much calmag, it also has iron in it and an iron excess can cause a manganese deficiency, unsure.. I have had some heat issues over the last week hit 30c for a short time and has been consistently over 28c, I have kept the humidity higher to keep vpd in line but it's not great, this is just due to some very warm conditions in my area over the last week or so, and I just don't have the cooling capacity to deal with it, hoping things cool down a bit now so I can at least make sure temperature is ok..

Overall very happy with the grow. Got 24oz of very dense nugs! I also managed to get 2oz of less dense but still pretty bag-appeal, and a shit ton of trim which I made into tidy ass brownies, which have made typing this incredibly difficult😂! Both of these strains are definitely bed time strains. The Critical kush is has the usual overwhelming kush taste, however the peyote(purple nugs) have a very sweet / flowery taste and smell. Disappointed I only done 1 peyote but more than happy with the critical. Would definitely grow both these strains again!

1 plant, the smallest and bushiest is just showing gender, so it's about 1 week behind the others. 1 plant is in between and showed gender about 3/4 days ago. The rest is more or less in the same stage, about 1 week ahead. So what I am probably going to do is harvest the latest plant a bit early, to avoid cutting the others too late, since I must chop them all the same day, due to smell and drying possibilities. Ec is now at 1.3 and everything looks OK. Just 2 plants seem to have a small problem with nutrition (due to ec change and the stage they are in) and/or moisture, since I watered them a bit too much the last days. Their leaves partly have a green which looks a bit too light. But I will check and see wether they will stick to the nutrition, or if I should change again, but intuition says, they will adapt as they get into blooming. I also removed more leaves and I think now I am done doing so, maybe just a bit here and there the next few days. Now I obviously get more and more excited to see them budding....... If one would ask right now I would say....... The small and bushy pheno is not really worth growing indoors, but maybe it will teach me different. Update day34 I am worried about the big plant, because she seems to have a deficiency. Really crazy, thinking how much they get fed....... I bought algamic and cal/mag, hoping this will do good, because it's too long to go to just ignore it. I used it yesterday and it will see. If this won't help I may have to think about giving her even more nutrients, which to me would be kind of crazy, since ec is at about 1.4.

This week I have moved out from my last apartment and have moved into a new one. Now she has had more space to develop. She is showing her first pistilos but the smell still under control. Here is winter and too windy, so the smell prob is not a big prob. I'm Intending to let her bloom for at least 2 months / or 2 months and half more. Feed her with 4-14-8 organic yesterday. Shes responding good about it.
