Popped a seed for SeedSupreme's Chocolope around the beginning of February. Typing this in April, the plant has grown to about 1 meter. Germinated in a paper towel in a bag, but i put the bag in my heated vacuum chamber (without the vacuum running) and set the temp at 89-90 degrees. Popped in like 2 days, named the mother plant Charmaigne, and have since cloned the plant and gotten a good 9-11 babies that I'm currently giving the ol' voir-dire and I'll choose which ones make the cut. Put the lil clones in starter soil while my Ed Rosenthal soil cools off from mixing. Also, this is about my 4th grow in this space. 1st one i needed to get back into a routine, second one got screwed up with my take on custom dirt, then salvaged. 3rd one, i learned about powdery mildew, and how to NOT get it. This being the 4th, i decided that i really wanted to complicate my life even further with a 13 week flowering cycle plant and no knowledge as to how to get this Chocolope dank af, so any and all critiques, questions, comments concerns and disbeliefs are welcome, as I can use all the help i can get here...

The plants still look a little hungary , but with the temperature outside dropping it has been down to 19.5 highs in the tent. So rather than adding my 500w heater , I have thrown in a Easygrow 100w led QB with Samsung H leds. I have given them a KNF foliar feed and bio enhancer yesterday, I'm hoping more heat and light will get them feeding well again.

Today will be Day 64. Getting close to Harvest Day. Let me tell you. The smell was unexpected stink up the place and outside the grow tent as I come home. I also clean the bottom up little more and removed the dead 🍁. I use Cha Ching on Week 9 and on Week 10 will be the flushing week. Stay tune!

Whats Up from Down Under growmies?!! Another update- And its been a week thats for sure. I noticed a few spots of bud rot on some of the Zkittlez main colas- after that rain last week- so being week 7 in flower heading on into week 8, I decided to chop the affected buds and a few around them. After sniping out the mold, its hung up drying now. After speed drying a few nugs to see, it was obvious she wants a week more to put on a bit more weight, she dries out to weight next to nothing but damm is she clean as a whistle!! Very fresh and sweet smell, and taste with a racy head high thats on the short lived side. That also suggests she needs at least a week more if not 10 days. But what can ya do? Its a few Oz easy if it kept its weight. Quite enjoying the smoke though so cant complain. Id be annoyed if it was for sale as it weighs next to nothing, but its not. I ran it super light on nutes the whole way, and prob stopped bloom nutes a week too soon looking back, so light weight is to be expected in early bud. A dose of humiboosta this week was given to help release any remaining nutes in the soil and give the plant a boost in carb production for its last week or so. Hash plant is looking good considering its issues, its fought off mold on its own it seems, I snipped off a few buds that had issues, but all in all its doing well for a runt I fed even less than the others. Colas are looking very fox tailed but also filling in quite well despite that, will be interesting to see what the final buds look like. Gave a final dose of light Bloom nutes and Humaboosta for her last two weeks or so. Project Sour lemon D got a heavy dose of bloom nutes as she basically wasnt fed until I saw the buds were actually buds and not bananas. So second proper feeding since she started flower a few weeks back. And decided to do this weeks diary in the Twilight light, as I noticed the Zkittlez had a Visitor that was settling in for the night to do some hunting, so added a few pics and a vid of him/her also. Increased the light's power output to 75% LUX: 16.000 / 20.000 4-5 Temperature: 26.9 degrees (lights on) 21.2 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 59% (highest) 41% (lowest) Opened the reservoir for a couple of minutes. 5-5 Temperature: 27.6 degrees (lights on) 21.2 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 47% (lowest) No pictures. 6-5 Temperature: 27.6 degrees (lights on) 20.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 42% (lowest) Dry weight: Chemdog #1: 3.9 kg Chemdog #2: 4.7 kg Added 10L to the reservoir, there was still 2850 ml left in the reservoir so now its almost 13L. Sadly i dont have a timelapse for this week.

Transplanted into 3 gallon pots a little early only because my initial starter pots didn't have any fertilizers in it besides earth worm casting noticed a fade from dark to light green fixed it with some fish poop and they were back to good health overall there looking good

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song.
