Week 5 Report: White OG – Thriving After Topping! 🌟 Another week, another chapter in the White OG’s journey—and what a resilient beauty she’s turning out to be! Following last week’s topping, she’s bounced back like a champ, showing us just how strong she is. While the temperatures dipped a little this week, she’s staying steady and pushing through like a true survivor. 🌱✨ Growth Update: Recovery in Full Swing After being topped at node 7 last week, she’s been focusing all her energy on lateral growth, with new shoots emerging beautifully. Her structure is looking strong and balanced, with all signs pointing to a bushier, more productive plant in the weeks ahead. While the room’s been a little chilly, with temperatures around 18°C and RH at 60%, she’s adapting well. These slightly cooler conditions are giving her an opportunity to build resilience while still maintaining steady progress. Nutrients: All-in-One Pellets Taking Charge This week marks a small but important change in her feeding routine: I’ve paused the use of All-in-One Liquid, as the Aptus Holland All-in-One Pellets are now fully kicking in. Why Stop the Liquid Feed? The slow-release pellets are designed to provide consistent nutrition over time, reducing the need for additional liquid feeds. They’re packed with everything she needs to thrive during this vegetative stage. Of course, if I notice she’s asking for a little extra love, I’ll bring the liquid feed back into the rotation. Room Conditions: Staying Steady Even with a slight dip in temperature, the room remains an ideal environment for her vegetative stage: • Temperature: Around 18°C—on the cooler side, but manageable. • Humidity: A stable 60% RH keeps her comfortable and prevents unnecessary stress. • Lighting: The Future of Grow (FOG) LED continues at 200 PPFD, delivering steady, compact growth with no signs of stretching or stress. These conditions ensure she’s getting the balance she needs to continue recovering and thriving. Looking Ahead: Strength and Structure As we move into Week 6, I’ll be keeping a close eye on her continued recovery and lateral growth. Her bushy structure is already forming beautifully, and I’m excited to see how she uses her energy to fill out and prepare for future training and flowering stages. Shoutouts and Gratitude 💚 A huge thank you to the incredible sponsors and tools that make this journey possible: • Seedsman Seeds for the fantastic genetics—don’t forget to use the DOGDOCTOR 10% off discount code! • Aptus Holland for their unparalleled nutrient solutions. • Pro-Mix Soil for the perfect foundation with their HP Mycorrhizae + Bacillus blend. • TrolMaster for keeping the environment perfectly dialed. • Future of Grow LED for lighting the way. • Cannakan, where it all began. Not much to report this week from the garden. All the plants received a top dressing of about 300ml worm castings and 80ml Dr Forest Organic 284 Bloom just before the start of week eight, and will most likely be their last feeding. The plants have stuck to the usual watering schedule of 2.5l every two days. The huge Wedding Cheesecake growing in Coco Coir appears to me to be showing signs of cal/mag deficiency so yesterday I top dressed with Cal/Mag again from Dr Forest Organics. Keeping humidity under 45% has been a battle well and truly lost this week, and has varied wildly and constantly between around 41% and 57% but has been most often found to be around 47%. The battle rages on. I have been defoliating once a week, mainly just removing stuff covering bud sites, and trichome production on all four Bruce Banners has really taken off. After only a fairly light defoliation session, my hands were so sticky they were almost glued together and I rolled all I could remove from my hands into a sausage and smoked it mixed in with my other stuff, but that was only about 1/2 to 2/3rds of what was stuck to my hands, and I have to wash my hands in isopropyl alcohol and soap and fairly liquid 3 times before the best part of it was removed.

12/24/2021 So far only one male has been identified. Glad I just reviewed my video I didn't even notice how light green #3 is, guess I mix her nutes up separately and see if she just hungry? Or naturally lighter than others. All other plants are using coast of Maine mixed into soil (her too) so I'll give her a little mirimichi 901C this week and see what happens. 12/30/2021 Noticing that there is two distinct differences between these girls, color light green and dark green.#1,#3,#8 are light green and #2,#4,#5,#6,#7 Other than that there very much similar growth and node spacing, little differences but very happy with uniformity. Both light green and dark green maintained their magenta petiols, gonna make notes on stem rub notes next week and see how they will compare.

she needs some nutrients desperately. needs a good watering too, but she's still coming along well i think. adding more compost because i dont want to overcorrect the deficiency. definitely have to clear the ground around her, but the mint around it shades the soil around the base so im leaving those. 7/24 - gave her a good watering and some bio bloom just to get some guaranteed essentials. the veggies around it are definitely hogging the nutrients but whatever, it be like that. upper leaves are kind of folded upwards, i imagine because of the heat (it was like this before giving any nutrients). gave her a neem oil mist bath to get rid of all the pests that are adding to the problem.

Week 4 of flower 8/30/24 Defoliated a little for all the tops to get maximum light exposure. Some strange marking started to appear on some of the leaves. The problem was a very high salts buildup in the coco because I watered with almost no drainage for a couple of days. EC 3, in the drainage. PH was a little high but still at normal range. Watered with a diluted nutrient solution with H2O2 (2.5ml a gallon). Waited a couple of hours and watered with nutrients again same day without the H2O2 (usually I water once daily at the start of the 12 light cycle). EC got lower to 1.6 and on the following days it got lower even more to 1.3. The plant seems happy and there is damage only on some parts of the leaves/branches. (seems like the salt buildup was only in some areas of the roots because only specific ares of the plant got damaged.) I like to see the daily progress in mass and trichome production :) Noticed the plant mass increasing daily. The smell intensified a bit I grabbed the leaves I defoliated, rubbed the trichomes to release the oils and the smell was just incredible, It is not fully developed yet so I cannot put my finger on the most dominant terpenes, but I can surely tell the smell of tropical fruits mixed with sweet candy notes are something mega pleasant. Watering with nutrients daily (mama likes to drink a lot).
